Job included removing existing carpet and leveling concrete flooring

Install tile flooring in staggered brick layer pattern

Frame and insulate all foundation walls and install "wave" wall

Drywall, electrical and finished ceiling

Remove existing brick fireplace and create an additional doorwall for more lake access and lighting

Build new fireplace at a 45 degree angle to open the space
